Bike shares are available on campus, where you download an app and rent a bike (with a fee based on time from checkout to return).
Downtown is an easy bus ride away; several bus lines depart from a centrally located bus terminal. See the TransLink website for more information. Google Maps is also generally very reliable for planning trips with public transit in Vancouver.

- For Mon-Sat, there is a walk-in clinic open on campus
- Other walk-in clinics are available in Vancouver; call or book online before you go
- For medical emergencies, the UBC Hospital Emergency Room is close nearby
